AT A GLANCE

GENERAL USABILITY
We gathered some primary data representative of the overall usability and user-system interaction:

Ways to Improve
Accessibility:
-
Ensure navigation is accessible when the browser is zoomed in more than 250%.
-
Remove duplicate ARIA labels or descriptions in navigation.
-
Use tab indexing to prioritize content order for assistive devices such as screen readers.
-
Provide descriptive alt tags for all images.
-
Use appropriate ARIA tags to label elements that are unclear without visual context, such as images functioning as buttons.
-
Make buttons actionable on the first click or tap.
Visual Design:
-
Do not rely solely on color to distinguish between different types of content; always include descriptive labels.
-
Fonts should be at least 16px, with 14px for sub-text and footnotes. Ensure AA and AAA color contrast compliance based on font size, font weight, and contrast ratio.
PERFORMANCE
Collating our primary and secondary research, we were able to create personae that reflected our target users based on said research.
